going to the gym working out is hard. keeping motivated to do it regularly is even harder. I found an app for my phone that helps keep me motivated with set workouts that are prebuilt and I can even build my own or modify the ones there. I love it and I can schedule the workouts so I know what I am doing when I get to the gym. totally keeps me motivated and on track! FitnessBuilder is amazing and I am glad I found it.
check it out for your phone or tablet. it is a great way to organize your workouts so you dont end up at the gym wondering what you are doing and you dont have to pay for a trainer. it is your trainer with videos even!
