You choose how much information you share, but it is a good place to keep track of your goals and to plan your path. If you aren't using it and you aren't succeeding - give it a try!
I have seen many different blogs out there - and the people that seem the most successful - blog about their journey. Those that aren't succeeding - may not be using this tool to their advantage. Use it to communicate triumphs and mistakes - and use it to help you succeed.

Give yourself a better shot at getting your exercise done
I log my exercise first thing in the morning or early afternoon while at work. The benefit - when I get home, I am more likely to work out because I have already gotten the points and seen how many calories I burn if I do.
I also know that if I don't exercise, then I don't burn those, and I lose my sparkpoints because I have to remove it!!!33
