After working out and I don't feel any stiffness or pain the next morning, I feel like maybe I didn't push myself hard enough, so it gets me wanting to take it to the next level next time I go to the gym.

Starting out slow and giving your body time to adjust
Most people start out exercising full on and when they feel the pain, they back off. I start out slow and add exercises and repetitions slowly. This gives my body time to adjust to the extra exercise time and repetitions. There is no need to hurt yourself and make exercising something to avoid. Make it easy and fun. Add an exercise a month if you like.
I do side leg lifts, knee bends, wall push ups (easier), and windmills (touch toes across). I am up to 150 wall push up in sets of 50, and 50 each on the other three exercises. I started the wall push ups at 50 and added ten a day, and the other exercises at 10 each (easy) and added five a day (easy).
Can you believe swimming helped my cooking? One day I realized swim goggles do well keeping chlorinated water from my eyes, so they could do the same with onion fumes. Indeed, they do! Your nose will still feel some pain, but I no longer dread seeing 'chopped onions' on the ingredients list of a recipe.
Make sure you get the goggles with the 'gaskets' around the eye piece. The ones with the foam do not do well against water or fumes. The right fit should create a slight suction around your eyes. Check the internet, if you need help with this.
BIG CHALLENGE TODAY "" I worked in a different departement this morning the desk that i worked was so close by the dukin doughnut i could see the long line , the smell of the dougnut and the coffe are driving me crazy . Everybody that pass by me were eating and driking coffe I was there until 5 PM. I was feelling hungry even though i am not because i had my shake an hour ago.
Thx God i got my water a few snacks delicious grapes and oranges. I don't have the need to eat that dougnut anymore and it doesn't bother me .At the end of the day.... you will be feeling the "pain of discipline"... or the "pain of regret"..
