Clean Eating has been the answer for me. I have finally started losing weight and getting my life under control!
Clean eating means eating foods as close to how nature made them as possible. I also do not eat sugar, chemicals or preservatives. I buy organic, make my own bread and stick to lean sources of protein. I also eat 5 times a day (3 meals, 2 snacks)
