Before I even get in the shower in the morning, I grab a big 32 oz. tumbler of cold water to drink. I drink 1/2 while the shower is warming up and the other 1/2 while I finish getting ready.
By the time I leave for work I have already drank 1/2 my water.
I fill it up again for the day (This one I don't always finish).
I fill up another for the ride home and make myself finish it before I walk back in the door.
When I work out I fill another for the health club.
