I have done line dancing for exercise in the past. It was really a fun type of exercise. Or really any type of dancing or movement. I think I will try to find some line dancing classes somewhere to add to my fitness program soon. 33
I have arthritis in my back, therefore I can only walk for shrt periods at a time. I walk 20 minutes, 5 times a day. Thats one of my groups goals. Another group wants 15 minutes of dancing a day. I do the congo line dance while I'm walking for 3 minutes of each 20 minute walk. It gets my walking and dancing in for each day. SWEET!!!!!!!!!244
