    WalMart has it to use on their carts. I use it at home as I think it is easier on my hands than all of the soap and water. I have it in the car and my purse. It is healthy, I think!

    I'm not exactly sure which countries stock it, but Vicks do a fantastic hand sanitizer that protects your hands for up to three hours plus. Even though I'll admit I use it in a similar fashion to any other santizer, it definately works and got me through the early winter months quite well this year

    Good idea, should probably be using it between each piece of equipment too.

    Using hand sanitizer before you begin and between equipment. Sometimes we don't realize how much we touch our faces during workouts.
