I always have an easier time acheiving a goal when I know where I want to go. To get there faster, write or draw a picture of the destination that you seek. I made a picture of me at my goal weight and wrote a list of characteristics I want to develop along the wayIdeas spark change..189
After writing down the visualization of your goal, look at it every day to keep on track.
My secret to success is in my routine. Every morning, I get up, spend 20-3- minutes doing simple yoga and drink my pot of tea. Then I make a small healthy breakfast and my daily smoothie. I have 10 minutes to write something for SparkPeople, then I get ready for work. It works for me, and keeps me in line with my life goals. Have a great day!
Later in the day, I get in an hour walk. Keep the routine going, and you get in far more exercise than you will with no routine.
