I am Asian( from India). We get carb mainly from rice. Now I measure my rice intake everyday and eat rice once a day and not more than 150 grams burn at least 400 cal. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks drink at least 3 liters of water everyday. Spark people motivate me I read articles from SP everyday happy to be a part of the team. way more to go planning to reduce 60 lbs so 50 more to go.

The only carb in chese is lactose. All hard Cheese is lactose free or just about free! All cheese is low carb. Just watch the sodium. Horizon Organic String Cheese, Cabot 50% reduced Fat cheddar and they have other varities. Sargento Reduced sodium mozzarella. Traders Joes Sliced Lite Provolone is good too!
