You know those pages of exercise cut-outs that are in the fitness magazines? I never really knew what to do with them but thought that using them would be great. I now clip them, hole punch and keep them on a metal ring that I bought at the office supply store. I just open the ring and add new ones to it every month. When I need ideas or help with proper form I can flip through the cards easily and locate just what I need!

Recently I've started going through my cooking magazines and saving the recipes that I honestly think I would cook for myself or my family. So far I've managed to clear off a shelf in my office of old magazines into a neatly organized recipe box using this method:
Materials: Cooking Magazines Stick Glue Note Cards (I use 4x6 cards)
1. Cut out all important information regarding the recipe, including a picture, if you want. 2. Glue all important information onto the note card. Voila! Now you have a recipe card and less clutter on your shelf.
For those days when I'm bored or unmotivated I go to my "Deal A Move" deck - a collection of individual strength or toning moves cut from magazines and pasted to index cards. I just randomly pull out 1 or more cards and those are the moves I do. It adds variety and a sense of game play.
