When I start feeling that negativity, I just color my world (figuratively & literally). I wear bright colors, put out bright flowers (either fresh or artificial), open the blinds and let in the light. When I'm really down, I get out the coloring book and crayons. Nothing like coloring a bright picture to move my mood towards positive. If it's a really negative mood, coloring HARD with DARK colors helps get out the aggression and soon I'm looking for a page with flowers and sunshine. 185
Color can affect your mood. If you have a color in your home or in your wardrobe that you dislike remove it from your home. Think about all the colors that make you happy and surround yourself with those colors. You will feel better and have more energy.
