When making playlists for working out don't just pick upbeat songs but pick songs that have lyrics that really inspire you. I find that sometimes even slower songs with inspirational lyrics that you wouldn't consider workout songs work really well for me if I'm at a point in my workout when I am tired but need to push through.

When I began exercising, there were so many programs I wanted to try! We'd go broke purchasing every single workout DVD out there, right? So, instead of buying them, I get them free on YouTube. Although not every program is there, you can find several popular ones including: Zumba, Leslie Sansone, Denise Austin, Tae-Bo, P90X, The Tracy Anderson Method, Insanity... You can also do what I did, create a personalized playlist of the videos you like best for a customized, FREE workout! 357
