    My Husband and I have been walking. We have 3 dogs so in order to give them their own workout we do it in intervals. we both go with the little girl and then come back and take the 2 boys and then we finish up by spending time together on the last walk. we are now tracking with an app on his phone. each time we work at increasing speed. It is pretty warm here in Florida right now so we don't push the dogs but we always bring water for them and then a seperate bottle of water for ourselves. emoticon
