I always try to do just a little more than before... in everything. Examples: I used to brush my teeth leaning on the counter. One day, I made a conscious decision to remain standing upright, the next day I started moving my feet while I brushed. When I'm working out on the treadmill, I try to stay at a higher speed/elevation longer than the last time, even if it's just 30 seconds longer. This way I can become more active in the little things I do and continue to push myself!

Doing a little bit every day helps keep me motivated. Little things like parking far from the door or taking the stairs, contribute. Also, I have to cart my kid all over the place. Instead of hanging around doing nothing, I bring my ipod and go for a long walk.211
Keep doing a little bit every day. Even if you're tired and sore, a bit of stretching would make you feel good! These little bits add up eventually! If you're really dreading that cardio, why not keep at it for 20 minutes anyway? If you still don't feel up to it, stop, but at least you got those 20 minutes in.
I have been faking it since November 9th... doing a little here, very little there, talking positively to myself that one day it will click if I just pretend to be motivated- maybe I will get there AND I am finally feeling it!! SO fake it 'til you make it... otherwise you may never make it... JUST KEEP PLUGGING ALONG- Each Day is a New Chance!! 67
