Often we have some dream dresses we hope to wear when we lose those 20-30pounds. Start wearing that skirt, tank top, jeans, that you dont think looks so good on you right now ( in current size, not a size too small for now). That serves as a strong motivator. You will want to lose that weight fast to be able to wear those more comfortably. Its becomes a strong visual aide and a goal. Later, you will be buying the same clothing in a much smaller size!

There are so many factors involved in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. And I now realize that maintaining a positive body image is one of them. Dress for success every day! Wear make up, do your hair, forget the baggy clothes! If you look good you feel better. It really helps!
