When I start getting hungry I go brush my teeth. I know it sounds weird, but with a clean month it makes me not hungry, and who wants to brush their theeth and then go eat Cheetos anyways? It keeps me focused and helps with that pesky self control issue.
The first thing I did was to get ride of all the junk food - goodies etc from my home - can't eat what you do not have - Bought all halthy food - got rid of all Ketchups, mustards, dressings, sauses, and now I am scheduled as far as my meals go - eating on time is the best defense for hunger,
Soda I used to buy bottles no more - I like to have one can of soda a day as a treat - non diet and my favorite brand with dinner - I eat a good breakfast alot of fruit, berries are great snacks as you can eat them over time - so far I have lost 40 lbs and I still eat the same foods - cut out junk
