I could never do a diet diary until I decided to make my weight loss journey something I could share and inspire others with. So I started typing everything every day...how I felt, what I ate, what recipes I found. It motivated me to think I might help someone else one day who feels fat and hopeless. I feel so much more empowered and I am becoming my own weight loss expert! emoticon

    Thank you for this information. My biggest issue this week is that I have gone back to work.
Although I am thankful for the job, with the commute I find myself snacking endlessly.
Also, not having access to Spark, once I get home, I tell myself that I do not have to time to track what I have eaten.
Today, that stops... I will make sure to bring healthy snacks and write everything that I eat or drink.
