take this simple pepper and prepare it for many of your favorite dishes by either putting a tsp of low fat butter or some oil of your choice in a frying pan. It does not take much but you want to saute it in something. Turn the stove top on low heat and just cook the Serrano Pepper until 4 sides are darkened (not burnt). It will then be soft and VERY TASTY with your meal. This is a SIMPLE something to make your meal interesting.

You can slice it up in slivers, or, just cut it in half. It's very good.
