My friend and I take turns making interval workout challenges for each other for the week. We do the workouts on our own, but check in with each other. There's nothing like knowing your friend is completing the workouts to keep you motivated.....I certainly don't want to be the one who phones it in first! We check in with each other which keeps us accountable.
