I am reading a book that has helped me with my weight loss{it jumpstarted it ,actually!} and the very FIRST STEP {pun intended!} is WALKING a total of 30 minutes daily . The book is called YOU On A Diet: A Guide to Waist Management by Dr.Michael Roizen and Dr.Mehmet Oz.{They also wrote YOU:The Owner's Manual}. as it is 30 min. a day without fail} has really worked for me. I have lost 2 lbs. this month! {Really the trick is CONSISTENCY!}.This has helped me break through my plateau and yo-yoing a couple of lbs. up and down the scale.Maybe this will be of help to you!

    I agree! I have bewn doing 35-45 minutes a day and its making a world of difference in my health. Feeling so much better.
