When I eat at a restaurant I usually eat half of my food and take the other half home for another meal. Cut the price of the meal in half and you will find it more economical.

  • When I go out to eat I would ask for a take out container. I would drink half the glass of Lemon water. When my food arrive I would take out some of the food and place it into the take out box and eat the on my plate, With this it causes me to eat less and I am satisfied. I really enjoy doing this.
