Getting In More Fruit/veggies

I love carbs and sometimes don't get enough fruit/veggies because I fill up on them. I started a new way of eating. I alternate between carbs & fruit/veggie choices. So for breakfast if I eat a carb like toast, then next thing I eat is a fruit like a banana. If I have a snack that is a carb like crackers, the next thing I eat is another fruit, etc.

    Great idea to get in more fruits and veggies in your diet, but I wanted to point out that fruits and veggies are mostly carbs. Fruits and veggies are obviously better carbs than others, but they are mostly carbs.
