Packing a lunch using smaller containers has helped me practice portion control. I didn't realize how large my portions were. If in doubt of calorie content I only serve 1/2 cup. emoticon

  • my only mistake . i eat healty very health realy realy healty no because i have but because i like healthy food. i like vegetable and fruits plus all the good stuff BUT PORTION IS MY NUMBER 1 ENEMY:pHAHAHAHAHAHA some times its hilarius to know that i am fat because i dont portion very well my healty food . ty for the the tip - by OMEGA_GR
