If you don't measure and don't track, you really have no idea whether or not you are following your program. So often people complain that 'they are doing everything right, but not losing' only to find that they don't measure OR track!

More Information:

Get a good set of measuring spoons, cups and a food scale. If you have a smartphone, download the app so there is no excuse to NOT track.

Easy way to track is using free app on app store called lose it! Tracks calories taken in and burned. Scan barcodes, search food, input yourself, it really works. Its supposed to do 2lbs a week, but I lost 13lbs in a month. That's about 3lbs a week. Just try it its free. - by DHOOSIER

  • You are right about tracking, at least for me. I keep track daily to keep the calorie count on track.
