Easy way to track is using free app on app store called lose it! Tracks calories taken in and burned. Scan barcodes, search food, input yourself, it really works. Its supposed to do 2lbs a week, but I lost 13lbs in a month. That's about 3lbs a week. Just try it its free.

absolutely- it helps me plan what I am going to eat to space out my eating and helps me see how my nutritional needs are being met- Exercise tracker totally motivates me when I can see where I have come from and encourages me to do more!

Very, very true. Not only will you keep track of what you eat with the nutrition tracker--you will also educate yourself about calories and nutrition. The exercise tracker keeps you honest about exericse too!

You are right about tracking, at least for me. I keep track daily to keep the calorie count on track.
