Maybe I just have a short attention span, but tracking calories and fitness get boring after awhile. To shake things up, I combine other programs with SP. For instance, I downloaded an app called Super Diet Genuis. It tells me exactly what to eat for each meal & snack. It's a nice little "cheat." When the weather warms up, I'm going to do Couch-to-5K training for my SP fitness. Using other programs like these in conjunction with SP keeps me motivated and interested.

I am 50 years old and with the help of sp's 5K Your Way program I have become a runner for the 1st time in my life! I started walking several years ago but in the past year, running seemed to be a natural progression for me. I found the 5K program on sp and have been running for 6 weeks of an 8 wk program.
