Maybe I just have a short attention span, but tracking calories and fitness get boring after awhile. To shake things up, I combine other programs with SP. For instance, I downloaded an app called Super Diet Genuis. It tells me exactly what to eat for each meal & snack. It's a nice little "cheat." When the weather warms up, I'm going to do Couch-to-5K training for my SP fitness. Using other programs like these in conjunction with SP keeps me motivated and interested.

the app sounds great!! I checked it out - $5! that's a little steep for my budget, especially if I can't try it out 1st. I'll keep my eye on it though!! thanks!
