Circuit Training Change-Up - Keeping It Interesting

I do circuit training type exercises a the gym, where I push myself for an allotted time or amount of reps, then quickly move on to the next, I rest at the end of the circuit & go again. I find different exercises in magazines, online, through other people at the gym & of course from Spark People. It keeps it fun & interesting & I'm in the best shape of my life
