I do circuit training type exercises a the gym, where I push myself for an allotted time or amount of reps, then quickly move on to the next, I rest at the end of the circuit & go again. I find different exercises in magazines, online, through other people at the gym & of course from Spark People. It keeps it fun & interesting & I'm in the best shape of my life emoticon

I agree with keeping it interesting and changing up any work-out helps the motivation to keep going!

I do circuit at home. I'm an early riser so I try to cram circuit in after my cardio and before getting ready for work. I only have time for full circuits on weekends so I change it up by doing uppers one day, core the next, lowers the following, then repeat.
