Using my Sparkpoints page to collect points is very helpful. When it comes to answering the trivia questions, it can get discouraging to get so many wrong because some questions I feel are trick questions. If you come across a question you don't want to answer just refresh your page and you'll get a new question.100
it's something you can do while checking your email. you collect points (it happens fast!) and then you can redeem for gift cards and/or other things and make gifts or use it urself... it's not bad to have something on a side like this... every little thing but helps :)
I find that when i login to sparkpeople during my lunch hour at work I will eat less, enter info at a time that is more convenient to me, and read more emails to collect points. It keeps me more conscious of what I'm doing during the week
