Tracking food is the secret. if you don't track your food you get food amnesia -- you ""forget" what you have eaten and so you eat more than what you should

    I agree!! I've been tracking my calorie intake & calories burnt for the last 3 weeks & I've already lost 10 lbs!! I was always told how much progress I'd make if I'd just write down what I was eating, but I thought it was too complicated. After putting on 10 to 14 lbs over the past year, I figured it was time for a change! And now the scale is finally going in the right direction...Down!! emoticon emoticon emoticon - by SUPERTAM
