Exercise Through Out The Day

This Sparked Me!

I try to get in extra exercising through out the day. I may do counterr top push-ups, or seated knee lifts. I keep 5 pd weights by the computer and do bicep curls or shlder shrugs. I wear a pedometer and I march in place in check out lines or during commericlas. it all adds up at the end of the day.

I have noticed a big difference is my attitude toward exercising and how I look and feel!

    I do the same thing, I get lots of strange looks when I do this in public, but hey, I'll be thinner than them someday!!
