Sleep in your workout clothes! That way you just have to roll out of bed at laced up your tennis shoes. I've been doing this for a few months now and it really works. When my alarm goes off, I figure I'm already dressed so I might as well get to the gym. emoticon

  • great idea. sometimes just getting out of my PJ's seems overwhelming. I have learned that I will not exercise in the evening. so morning it is! sleeping in workout clothes might just be the tip I need for better success! - by EMILY0724
