"thought replacement" to abstain from trigger foods.
MORE INFORMATION:
I use "thought replacement" to abstain trigger foods. Replace "I love cheesecake" with "Cheese stinks", works with pizza also. You can do this with a trigger food of your own. This is a textbook behavior modification technique.
Are you chasing points with 'earn 3 points' for reading an article you didn't read? Are you posting into threads designed to earn points for posting - you KNOW the kind I mean! Points are only of benefit if they're EARNED. Be HONEST, for yourself. Earning them will work, IF they're earned.
MORE INFORMATION:
If you EARN points, you'll know it - log diet & exercise HONESTLY, reply to posts in REAL threads, after THINKING about them. Don't kid yourself that collecting points is DOING it. It's NOT!! EARNING points is what's it's about.
The more you EARN, the more they'll mean, and be worth it!
