I try to work out firstthing when I wake up. I eat a piece of fruit to keep my sugar up and then head to the gym. I read that this helps because you are burning more fat and not something that you ate earlier in the day

    I worked out starting at 8:30 this morning 15 minutes at a time on the Elliptical til I got in 75 minutes total. Done by 1:00 PM
