I made a little "motivational" dry erase "board." I took a dollar store frame, painted it, framed a coordinating piece of pretty paper, and hung it by my bedroom mirror. Every week I change what it says to congratulate myself on something. It keeps me motivated and focusing on the positive instead of anything I might do that week that's not in line with my goal. :-)
