I read the fable of the Tortoise and the Hare today. The old moral still rings true today; slow and steady wins the race.
I found out there was another lesson in the story. In the case of the hare "success depends not just on having abilities, but on using your abilities." I will nap after I cross the finish line and reach my goal. Right now there is work to be done!
