Having trouble dropping pop cold turkey? I deffinetly did so i gradually stepped down the sweetness until I was drinking just water. The next time you go for a can of pop, pour a glass of water and use some of that Mio drink flavour or Crystal light. Make it as sweet as you want then gradually add less and less until your drinking just straight water.

Having trouble with overeating at meals? After every meal I keep a stick of sugarless gum next to my plate. Instead of reaching for more food, I pop in the gum. You can chew, as you've been doing with your meal, but you won't be adding calories. You'll also have time, while you're chewing, for your brain to get the "I'm full" message.
If you don't chew gum, eat a mint or brush your teeth as soon as you get the craving to add more food to your plate. Mind over matter, Sparkers. We are stronger than our urges.
Having trouble getting in those 8 glasses a day? Make it fun! Every night I take 2- 32 oz bottles and fill them with warm water then I crush my favorite fresh seasonings into them and pop them in the fridge. So far my favorites are Chocolate Mint, Basil, and Lemon Balm. Not only do they taste great after my morning workout but they also keep my stomach calm if I eat a little to soon after working out.
I usually use fresh herbs out of my garden, but a friend of mine just told me she used dried thyme and had no problems with it at all.
