This Sparked Me!

I used to set my weight loss goal for the total amount I wanted to lose and also made my exercise goals unachievable. This time around, I set smaller, achievable goals. My first goal is giving myself 2 months to lose 10 pounds. My 2nd goal is to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and anything above that is great! After those goals are easily achieved, I set the next set of goals. Slow and steady wins the race! emoticon
