Sometimes we think we are hungry when really we just need to drink some water! Seriously, my husband and I drink water when we think we are hungry, like late in the evening and wouldn't you know, we don't have the hunger pangs anymore!
I see that most people sit food out everywhere... near their desk at work, on the kitchen table, in drawers and everywhere else. So I put a couple of bottles of water at my desk at work and it did make me drink more water.
