Always keep "All Whites" egg whites on hand...you can have a full cup scrambled with some green peppers and diced onions for less than 125 calories. I like these better than any other kind of egg whites because they are fluffier and the taste is better...

Stomache growl...Learn to listen..dont eat if your not hungry
DOnt eat if your not hungry..Learn the differance between hunger and your stomache playing treats. Only eat when your stomache growls..My stomache will growl three times a day.. don't eat after 7am...and i drink a LOT of water..when i get tired of water i add lemon or lime...
I DONT drink any pop,soda,kool aid or tea..if you get off these things you may get a headache that's because your body wants the suger. If you STOP the soda etc i promise you will lose weight
If you try the stomache growl..for the first few days it will take a few hours before your stomache growls eat little thru the day healthy foods. and a good dinner. dont miss a workout!
