When I choose to snack, I make sure that I'm taking in at least 10 grams of protein...that helps me to reach my daily goals AND helps me avoid snack foods that have little nutritional benefit, like chips or cookies. There are lots of options under the BariWise brand, both sweet and savory, to choose from. It's a little extra money, but SOOOO worth it!

Packing my lunch and 2 healthy snacks the night before, helps me avoid all the fast food temptations. I also leave a low fat yogurt in the fridge at work for those days I want something extra.
