I try to fit jumping jacks, donkey kicks, skipping or even a few push-ups into whatever procrastination time I have.

Adverts on tv; start moving. Waiting for porridge to cook, get down and plank for a minute.

It's only a little bit of exercise, but it all adds up.

    I'm a stay-at-home mom, so instead of waiting for my husband to get home to do the "man chores", I do them myself - lifting 40 lb. bags of pellets for the pellet stove, carrying the large recycling garbage cans down and up our front steps, lifting bags to go into the attic for storage, etc. Just little add ons to my normal work out routine!
