I agree i love sweet potates,eat them all the time one is all i need and it fills my tummy just like a full meal would. guess what i'm eating as i type?sweet potatoe.

Variation: Slice the sweet potato/yam into rounds. Spray with a little cooking spray, sprinkle stevia and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on them before baking til tender.
