Its hard loosing a loved one. You either don't have enough time to eat properly and record or your so out of it that you turn to comfort food and make poor food choices. I recently loss family and here are a few things that helped me avert damage.
1 Never leave home without a healthy packed lunch. You never know what you may be required to do while out or entertaining family members.
2 Instead of eating for comfort let the memories comfort you. Do something that they used to do in honor of them. My coucin had cancer so I'm running a 5k RIP.
