I live in a split level house so there are many stairs. I also want to organize my stuff. I try to spend 30 minutes decluttering and moving stuff from the attic to the basement. I am moving swiftly. I then load the car and deliver my unwanted, but good stuff to various agencies. Plenty of lifting, movement, and exercise.
This is not taking the place of a workout, training or class, but gives me more burned calories and movement.
