I live in a split level house so there are many stairs. I also want to organize my stuff. I try to spend 30 minutes decluttering and moving stuff from the attic to the basement. I am moving swiftly. I then load the car and deliver my unwanted, but good stuff to various agencies. Plenty of lifting, movement, and exercise.

I am studying to get into University and I need to organize my papers, so I have started by piling papers under the different subjects and it is helping. Common sense.
I prefer to make my own salads but won't do so if time-crunched. My strategy involves fresh salad ingredients and a 6-8 cup capacity plastic container. I wash and chop 3 heads of romaine lettuce and a variety of my favorite veggies and store in the container in the fridge. Fresh salad at the ready!
