Funny but it worked. I kept gaining all week after keeping up with the program. Thurs. Night, I drank 16 oz. water after 1/2 lemon. Weighted less next a.m. Up 8 times. Ha! Fri. night 1T. of lemon concentrate with 16 oz. water. Up 4 times. Weight down 4.1. Gone today, not sure what to expect tomorrow. Call it water retention-fine. Its' gone for now.

I like logging my food and exercise. I also like checking out the charts that mark my progress. I enjoy this because I have positive progress to look at. So cool. In order to enjoy the charts I have to eat right/healthy and exercise. I have only been at this for a week and have lost weight already, 4.1 pounds, which is motivating in itself.
I was battling the speed of my jogging for 2 years. I was stuck on 3.9 - 4.3 MPH. After trying to walk 1 minute then jog 4 - I felt I could up my speed because I got a minute break in between. That upped my regular jogging speed to 4.5 MPH.
