Specifically something I can cut and arrange myself - smelling the fresh cut flowers and arranging them into something beautiful soothes me, makes me stop and use all my senses to enjoy the moment and makes me reflect on beautiful things, about myself and my life that I appreciate - always puts me in a better mood, and makes me smile every time I look at them for days to come
