    Started this just this week, with eliminating processed foods. I had to make a list and have it all easily available in the frig or pantry to have this work. Lost 3 pounds in three days. Not as hard as you thing to eat real food. If it doesn't grow that way or isn't naturally that way don't eat it. Any meat, any vegetables, any nuts, any seeds plus cheese, eggs. Oh I also started using honey instead of sugar. Made a great energy bar, saw it on Dr. Oz show, really good
