I buy a bag of carrots and bring to work so everyday I can munch on some during lunch. I also bring in an orange & banana everyday. I have the banana as my mid morning snack and the orange at lunch. I also have a veggie at lunch and always a veggie at dinner. If I miss a fruit/veggie during lunch I just add an extra at dinner. This has really kept me away from unhealthy snacking and too many carbs.

I make up a batch of" Chicken Kale Vegetable "soup and "Turkey Veggie Joe "mix served on whole grain slim buns. Alternate lunches for a few days. I add one seving of whole grain crackers with soup and plate of fruit with the Joes.
Delicious and nutritious. getting several servings of veggies a day.
