When I get home from grocery, I chop up all my ingredients for salads or wraps and put into single size airtight containers. So when I grab for lunches, everything is ready to pack and I just choose what I want. I do this with lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, carrots (for salad or sticks for a snack), celery, eggs, cheese and turkey. I have found out, not to do more than one cucumber at a time, they are too watery, everything else will keep for the week

I pack my lunch bag for a work day of healthy food. I eat my breakfast at home, but I pack my snacks and lunch to make sure I eat healthy. Snacks (in the 100 cal snack bags) include grapes, pretzels, special k bars; and a Weight Watchers meal for lunch. I graze on healthy stuff all day. No guilt.
You're at an all day work meeting or in training and they provide lunch. Not all of it will be healthy. What do you do? You throw healthy snacks and fruit in your work bag. At lunch eat only healthy protein in the supplied lunch and supplement with your fruit etc. Everyone wins!224
It gets more tricky if this meeting/ training is out of town but scout out your location. There may be a store nearby where you can pick up some fruit, energy bars, water etc. It will help you stay on track with your diet and your budget! Hotel food and eating out adds up in $ and pounds.
