Stir in a couple of tablespoons of your favorite salsa into a cup of cottage cheese. A yummy protein enriched and fast breakfast.

Add a large can of pumpkin to a brownie mix, spread in a cake pan and cook on 325 for 40 minutes until firmly set. A Store in fridge for a healthy chocolate fix.

    I usually stir salsa into eggs and make scrambled eggs but the cottage cheese sounds yummy! I'll have to try that. The pumpkin brownies sound like it would have too much sugar, though.
