I'm always looking for ways to add more steps to my daily step count. I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I take the LONG way to any destination instead of the short cut . Every single step counts and they add up quickly!
There are pedometers available for every budget. Investing in one that suited my needs was a great motivator because I can see how much progress I am making every single day!

Especially bad habits! If you want to break a bad habit, you must simply replace it with a good habit. Replace something unconstructive with something constructive. Chew gum instead of candy. Replace soda with water. Replace snacking with a walk. Replace couch sitting for floor sitting & exercise.
